Forgive me for pressing the issue, but I'm paranoid about potentially messing up my career. Am I going to be in for a lot of paperwork/further testing one day because of this short-term usage or will it not be that big of a deal? In other words, do you think I'd be better off sucking it up and dealing with it on my own?.
50mg of that will give you a good 8 hrs of sleep. Not sure if it's healthy but ive never had side affects: short term remedy would be benadryl.

I still have morning erections, but things are different. My doctor put me on ambien. Hello, 2 months ago I hit some marital bumps and had bad imsomnia. I was on it for a month or so and have since switched to melatonin. Do you think ambien caused this? The melatonin? Are there sleep remedies that do not cause this that I can switch to?
